Our 1,000 SqFt studio is designed with a floor that is soft on the feet.  Currently we will be scheduling over 200 classes a month, including: Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Step, Body Shaping, Tabata, and Spin, etc.  In addition, we are offering the LesMills On-demand System which provides individual or group members almost 350 different exercise routines shown on a giant 10’ by 13’ screen that can be used from 10PM until 6AM.  An abundance of mirrors and workout accessories will suit everyone’s needs.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling classes, a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using our special stationary exercise bicycles with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
